How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
How long does UK delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Standard UK tracked delivery is £3.99. Complimentary UK shipping is available on orders over £60.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the European Union. International orders are delivered via Standard or Express Shipping.

How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Orders over £75 qualify for free shipping.
How long does international delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. You will be provided with an estimated delivery window at checkout.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Orders shipped within the EU may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Can I track my international order?
Yes. All international orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted using premium high-grade stainless steel, including 316L, with durable 18k PVD coating, as well as 925 sterling silver and moissanite stones depending on the design. Each material is selected for durability, comfort, and refined finish.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our stainless steel pieces are water-resistant and designed for everyday wear. We recommend removing sterling silver pieces before prolonged exposure to water.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our stainless steel designs are highly resistant to tarnishing. Sterling silver may naturally oxidise over time but can be polished to restore its shine.
Returns, Warranty & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What is covered under warranty?
Faulty clasps or closures; stone setting defects; structural breakage caused by manufacturing fault; plating issues resulting from production defects.
What is not covered?
General wear and tear; scratches or surface marks; damage caused by impact, misuse, or improper care; tarnishing due to chemicals or harsh substances; lost or stolen items.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Please email info@liorelondon.co.uk with your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the concern.
How long does it take to receive a response?
